Sunset Falls HOA has completely lost common sense when it comes to enforcement. Yes, warnings were given, but towing a car that is parked directly in front of its own home inside a gated community is excessive and unreasonable. Residents should not be penalized for using the space in front of their own houses. On top of that, interactions with the HOA have been consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of listening or trying to resolve issues, they come across as mean-spirited and unconcerned with residents. There is no courtesy, no empathy, and no accountability. You won’t delete my comments.

I'm visiting my daughter in Miramar. The amenities were phenomenal. The swimming pool was super clean, as was the tennis courts and the children's playground.

It’s a great housing complex near Miramar pkw, they have a nice pool, jacuzzi, ténis country, basketball court as well, my favorite part it’s the huge lake, it’s the beauty of the condo. The houses surrounding the lake was a great idea. There is 3-5 different style of houses, some with more rooms and some with less rooms. Very chill and relaxing atmosphere for all types of people. It’s great 😊

The Sunset Falls home owners association, Inc. are the people who managed the Falls Owners of the Houses (property), but the HOA think they are the Board of Directors, the Arc Committee and the owners of your Own house for which you pay your Own Mortgages. Our HOA office staff open any correspondent letters sent to the Board of Directors, to the ARC committee or any superior authority without their permission to do so. Just in from of my face, the HOA staff opened a letter which was sent to the Board of Directors and the Arc Committee, stating she was the Homeowners Association and Board of Directors and Arc Committee as well. A tyrant HOA right on our back yard, who kneels down and bow to the Kings of Castle Group, without having any remorse or compassion the to the Owners of Sunset Falls Community. The HOA also in repression to a small trim line color, blocked our Right to use the Owners entrance magnetic Car Stickers. They are the worse HOA treating the Home Owners people on their own Community.

Wonderful GL Community with Guard Gate, Clubhouse, Gym, on one of the largest lakes in South Florida. Luxurious Homes and centrally located with easy access to I75, fine dining, great shops, A+ schools, and soon to be Miami Mega Mall.
